Description
My personal essay of my favorite Goodies - chocolate cake, strawberries and cream (low fat, no cream). Screwed up of course with the glaze, but next time will improve. Name - in honor of my daughter.

Cooking
Cook foods (there's coffee and cocoa), thaw the strawberries and drain off.
Separate the whites from the yolks, the whites in the fridge, and whip the egg yolks with 70 grams of sugar white.
Melt 70 grams of butter, 6 squares of chocolate and coffee (1 tsp.).
Enter the chocolate in the yolks and to the same to enter the cocoa.
Last add the baking powder and flour. Pour the batter into a form (bottom I oiled and sprinkled with breadcrumbs) and bake at 160-180 degrees for about 15-20 minutes (until tender).
While preparing the cake for the strawberries, heat in a pan.
Ready cake remove from the form and cool.
In cold boiled water to dissolve gelatin.
Proteins from the refrigerator and beat with citric acid, a Cup of sugar and vanilla sugar until a thick foam.
Meanwhile, the gelatin with the water heated to dissolve and little by little pour in the protein mass. You should get here is the souffle.
In split form, put the cake on a layer of strawberries.
Close the top layer of the souffle and put in the freezer for 10 minutes.
To make the icing and the remaining chocolate 25-50 grams. butter to melt (I have a glaze that did not work....it is a pity).
Pour the cake icing and leave to harden in the fridge. Bon appetit!
