Easter honey cakes
Easter honey cakes, quick, dough without yeast!!! Yesterday we had to bake cakes in the evening, but I didn't want to mess with yeast, since I have a sweet yeast dough through again obtained. ((( Here I baked these cakes, and one immediately on trial, it's something!!! Very fragrant, tasty, and most importantly - original. )))) I want just never ate; I think you will too. ))))

Ingredients

Eggs, sugar, honey, milk (I used 1/2 milk and 1/2 sour cream), soda, cinnamon, vanilla - all mix well until the flour + flour. All knead to the consistency of store-bought sour cream.

Dried fruits (I have Pets, except the raisins) pour boiling water (I filled in while preparing the dough). Then chop everything to the size of raisins, I did not cut. In the part of the dough I added dried, in some not (for a change).

Special molds I have, as not particularly planning on baking, but for the sake of the kids went to experiment, here is one of my shapers - a glass; baked it too, great! Other forms also of the material at hand. )))

I baked it in a slow cooker, it took too much time. Three times 50 minutes = 2.5 hours (maybe less). In the oven, of course, faster, but my oven is not working as it should. The point is that the dough would have risen and turned brown, test with a toothpick: how does not stick, done ! Pour in the form 1/3, because really rises!

And one mold I did not pasochki, but just a sample. After baking need to get, allow to cool, baking herself off of the wall (seen in photo), and if not, you can help her - a knife carefully from the walls to separate.

And here he is inside: airy, porous and the aroma...... Of course, consistency is not a traditional Easter cake or Easter (like a muffin-type rolls), it's more like a cupcake and sponge cakes.
