Hepatic roll
I wanted to bake a liver cake, but decided to make it into a roll, turned out also very tasty.

Ingredients

  • Beef liver

    300 g

  • Milk

    0.5 cup

  • Flour

    0.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Salt

  • Cheese

  • Mayonnaise

  • Garlic

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Grind the liver in a meat grinder.

Add milk, flour, egg, salt and vegetable oil.

The resulting mass pour in the form of a thin layer.

And put in a preheated 200 degree oven (preferably on the bottom).

Grated cheese mixed with mayonnaise and pressed garlic and spread our ready liver. Roll into the shape of a roll, and on top spread with mayonnaise and decorate with grated egg.
