Description
Nougat – a confection, Oriental sweet which is a sweet sticky mass with a nutty aroma and distinctive taste. My version of nougat with aromas and flavors of strawberry and nutty taste with toasted Hercules. The recipe is simple to prepare and at first simple, available ingredients.

Cooking
Strawberry squeeze the juice.
Combine with sugar and bring to a boil.
Ovarium. If you have a thermometer, then to 145. Without a thermometer, drip the syrup into cold water and the droplet should not spread out when collecting the droplets in a bunch, it forms a ball, but at the same time remains soft and malleable. With this syrup nougat is not very hard and not very viscous. If you want the nougat is more firm, you need a little more to reduce, but not until caramelized state.
Chilled whites whisk to an increase in the volume of 6 times.
Pour a thin stream of hot syrup.
Hercules pour into the pan and fry in the oven until a light nutty smell, light brown color, but don't overcook, otherwise there will be burnt taste.
Whisk the whites with the syrup swap in a water bath and continue whisking. The mass begins to thicken and separate from the walls, forming a thick viscous mass.
Add toasted oatmeal, leave a little for dusting.
Hercules should be hot, otherwise the mass of cold Hercules will start to harden until you mix.
The form line it up with parchment paper, sprinkle with a little toasted Hercules, spread the resulting mass.
Flatten, sprinkle top of Hercules.
Cover with parchment paper, put on top of the press (I put the Board, and the press), cooled at room temperature and put in the fridge for a couple of hours. Optional finished nougat glaze with chocolate or nougat, cut into pieces, dip in melted chocolate and turn out very tasty.
