German goulash sausages
A quick alternative to meat goulash.

Ingredients

  • Salt

  • Greens

  • Sunflower oil

  • Nutmeg

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Paprika sweet

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Broth

    1 l

  • Semi-dry red wine

    100 ml

  • Sweet pepper

    300 g

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Sausage

    300 g

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Sausage and onion cut into half rings, mushrooms and also cut into half rings. Fry all in a pan with adding oil, add 1 tbsp flour and a little more simmer.

Pour in the broth, carefully stirring to avoid lumps. Cover with a lid and cook for 10-15 minutes. Then add the wine, 2 tbsp tomato paste, spices and give another 15 minutes to cook.

Before serving, sprinkle with herbs. Optionally, you can squeeze a couple of cloves of garlic.

The goulash is perfect baguette with salad or Your favourite side dish.
