Salad
Twice I prepared this salad and it so happened that for different companies. All, without exception, was misled by one ingredient. For some reason it caused intense debate about its origin. Due to the lack of mayonnaise salad (all the ingredients are clearly visible) and that the presence of seafood of different types of the impression of presence in a salad of caviar. Anyway, this version was announced with the statement in evidence : - "IT" is bursting! "It" is quinoa. If you want fun and surprise, then feel free to prepare this salad. The taste is very reminiscent of the famous rice salad with crab sticks. But after this recipe you will understand that before you make ersatz.

Ingredients

  • Red onion

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Corn

    150 g

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • The mixture of peppers

    0.25 tsp

Cooking

In a saucepan pour the basmati Mix. Add 1/2 tsp salt. Follow the instructions on the package, boil until tender.

To cooked rice with quinoa add diced boiled eggs and finely chopped red onion.

Pour canned corn (without liquid). And pepper to taste.

Add a cocktail of marinated seafood.

Soy sauce to combine with balsamic vinegar and add to the salad. Stir and you're done.
