Hake in onion and mushroom tomato sauce
Hake – fish is inexpensive, delicious and you can cook it many different ways to cook and bake, and stew, and boil for a couple. By the way, this is my first experience cooking fish in the slow cooker. But it worked for me: tender, juicy fish with a delicious sauce.

Ingredients
