Cooking
This soup I cooked in multivarka Vitek VT-4211 W. To begin, set the program "Browning" for 15 minutes, dissolve in a bowl the butter and fry, stirring occasionally, chicken with chopped onions.
At the end of the program add to the chicken the diced carrots and potatoes...
... green beans (if you have fresh - cut pieces 5 cm, if frozen - defrost)...
... and thyme (if dry - 0,5 tsp if fresh, 3-4 sprigs). Pour in the broth. By the way, if you want the soup even more hearty, you can add 200 g of canned white beans, pre-drain the liquid.
Install the program "SOUP" for 30 minutes.
While the soup is cooking, chop the parsley. Apples and pear clean from the skin and seeds and cut into 8 pieces. 10 minutes before the end add fruits and parsley to the soup.
Pour soup on plates and serve it hot. Bon appétit!!!
