Description
Very simple "buns", perfect for feeding in the form of prichoski to the light white wine. Warm goat cheese, crispy puff pastry, Basil... just super! In addition to goat cheese, you can use your favorite soft cheese ; -)

Cooking
Roll out the puff pastry, cut circles (an even number. I get 24).
Slice goat cheese into 12 circles (I have it for sale "sausage"). On each circle of dough put a slice of cheese, sprinkle a little Basil and oregano (if using) and put a slice of tomato (if using). Cover with second circle of dough and tightly blind region. Lubricate with a mixture of egg and water, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake at 210*15 -20 min. or until crust is Golden brown.
Serve with your favorite white wine (soft, fruity) or just as a snack. I prefer Sauvignon Blanc. Bon appetit! :-)
