Provincial salad with mushrooms
The farther from the capital, the lower house, life is slower and simpler the kitchen... But sometimes the simplest products can be the main role delicious dishes! As in this salad with pickled mushrooms and potatoes.

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Potatoes

    200 g

  • Onion

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    3 Tbsp

  • Green onions

    3 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

Onions chop and fry in butter until Golden brown

Boiled potatoes chop and mix with fried onions

Pickled mushrooms cut. Some stuff to leave for the decoration I used salt volnushki - but you can use any salted or pickled mushrooms

Chop green onions and mix it with the chopped mushrooms. Just keep some for decoration

Slice the eggs. A few slices, leave for decoration

Salad propose to do layers, lubricating each layer of mayonnaise, mixed with sour cream (50/50): * potatoes, mixed with fried onions * mushrooms mixed with green onions * chopped eggs * green onions (not grease) On request, each layer to salt and season with pepper
