Cottage cheese pie
Very tasty cheesecake with cookie dough, with cocoa.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    130 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Vanilla sugar

    2 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Cocoa powder

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Starch

    1 tsp

  • Cheese

    500 g

  • Raisins

100 gr butter (melt), 1 egg, 1/3 Cup sugar, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1 tsp vanilla sugar, 1 tsp cocoa powder and 1.5 cups of flour knead the dough and put in the fridge. I have done it in a food processor.

While the dough cools, make the cheese filling. 500 g of cottage cheese, 3 eggs, 0.5 stack. sugar, 1 tsp starch, 1 tsp of vanilla sugar and 30 g butter (soft) beat. Optionally add raisins or dried fruit. I did no fruit, because daughter doesn't like them.

Take 2/3 of the dough on a greased with butter the form of a neatly proportioned. Probably could roll, but the shortbread dough, and I was afraid that it will start to fall apart, so I fingers gently flattened the bottom of the form.

Pour on top of cheese filling.

The remaining piece of dough RUB on a coarse grater for the cheese filling, and send in a preheated 200*C oven for 40 minutes.

When baked, take out from the oven, allow to cool a little and cut into pieces. I sprinkled them with powdered sugar.
