Potato stew
Very tasty potatoes, with the "ears&q uot; good.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    1 kg

  • Stew

    1 can

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Spices

  • Vegetable oil

Ingredients.

Cut the potato cubes, pepper and carrot strips, onion half rings, tomatoes (without skin) into wedges, greens grind.

Fry the potatoes over high heat until browned.

Fry the onion and carrot until Golden brown, then add the stew from a can and fry for another 3 minutes.

All the ingredients put into the pot or saucepan with a thick bottom.

Add Bay leaf, pepper, black pepper, salt to taste, pour water to just cover the vegetables, stir, cover, and simmer on medium heat for 35 minutes.

Add sour cream, parsley, chopped garlic, stir, and simmer for another 2 minutes. Then turn off the gas and give the potatoes a little brew.
