Pilaf with potatoes
Recipe from the best chefs of Azerbaijan (in my opinion), the author of the book "Azerbaijani pilaf" of Shahhoseini Kerimov. I love everything he cooks. I try and try to be prepared. Stand on your court is very simple but at the same time, delicious pilaf.

Boil the rice in salted water until tender.

The remaining melt butter with turmeric. Actually supposed to brew saffron, but I didn't have, so I substituted turmeric. But if you have saffron, it needs to brew in a glass of water. In oil, saffron is added.

The remaining 2 potatoes cut into cubes. Continue to put layers: rice, potatoes.
