Cooking
Let's start with the sauce... mushrooms to soak in warm water, mushrooms washed and cut into thin plates.
Onion peel and cut into half rings, fry in vegetable oil. Add the mushrooms and fry until tender.
Then put everything in the blender, add milk and grind to puree. Put the pureed mixture to the pan, add the cream, season with salt, and cook over low heat (stirring occasionally) until the sauce thickens.
Peel potatoes and cut into thin strips, fry in butter.
Cod fillet roll in flour mixed with salt, and fry.
Tomatoes cut into quarters, the olives cut in half. Now prepare our bags: on a sheet of foil place the potatoes on top of fish fillets and again, potatoes, tomatoes, olives, cover with the sauce and put on top of slices of cheese.
Closed like a bag, but not completely, leave a little parted, we tied and put into a hot oven (200°) for 10 minutes. BON APPETIT!!!
