Cooking
As always, prepare all the necessary for cooking. I got the pike, which dad brought home from fishing. I think any white fish.
I had frozen shrimp, so I filled them with hot water and wait 5 minutes.
Pike I cut into pieces to make it easier to clean from skin and bones.
Prepared fish fillets cut into pieces.
Pour the fish cream and soy sauce. Leave to marinate.
While the fish is marinating, peel the shell from shrimp.
We shall cut onion half-rings.
Mix the fish, prawns and onions. All seasoning herbs and spices.
Pour the mixture in a baking pan that you previously greased with olive oil. Send in the oven for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes take out the casserole and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake for 5-7 minutes. The dish is ready.
As a garnish I used rice. All a pleasant appetite!
