The salad of two kinds of celery
Another of my experiment, which I personally loved. Even my second half that such a combination is considered perversion by, endorsed this option. Easy, juicy, spring this salad....

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    150 g

  • Corn

    100 g

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    270 g

  • Cucumber

    100 g

  • Cilantro

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Chinese cabbage cut into sticks.

Root celery clean, cut thin straws. Better on a grater for Korean salads.

Petiolar celery cut polyolefine.

Add sliced diagonally corn on the cob.

Cucumber is also finely chopped.

Mix everything and season, mix all the ingredients for the filling.
