Soft biscuit with almonds and hazelnuts
It is very soft, tender cookies with taste of nuts, lemon and a hint of white wine. Simple elegance from Stelios Pallaresa.

Ingredients

  • Almonds

    90 g

  • Hazelnuts

    90 g

  • Sugar

    70 g

  • Honey

    10 g

  • Egg white

    2 piece

  • Dry white wine

    40 g

  • Powdered sugar

    70 g

  • Lemon peel

In a saucepan put the almond flour, chopped hazelnuts, sugar, honey, 1 egg white and half wine. Put on medium heat. Continuously stir until then, until a homogeneous dough.

Add the remaining wine, mix well and remove from heat.
