Quiche with peas and carrots
Wonderful spring recipe! Young carrots and peas! You can use frozen peas. Will still be delicious! Try it! Treat!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    180 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Water

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Carrots

    3 piece

  • Green peas

    300 g

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Cream

    150 ml

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Nutmeg

    2 pinch

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Mix the flour and salt. Add to the oil. Knead by hand.

Add the cold water. Quickly knead the dough.

In prepared pan 26cm spread the dough. Roll. Moulded bumpers.

The dough is very often pierced with a fork. Put in refrigerator for 10 minutes.

From baking paper cut a circle equal to the diameter of the mold. Spread on top of dough. Pour on the paper and beans or peas to the dough during baking is not deformed. Bake in preheated oven for 15minutes 200gr. Then remove the paper and dopekat for another 10 minutes.
