The combination of cabbage with mushrooms and chicken giblets gave a very delicate flavour. The dish was quite hearty.

Cooking
Chicken hearts cleaned (if needed) from all the excess, the liver is cut into pieces. Fry in hot oil hearts in 3-4 minutes. (The cooking time adjust themselves, depending on what heat to cook and the kind hearts) Then add the liver and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
Frozen mushrooms pour over boiling water and, if necessary, cut into smaller.
and chop the dill and parsley.
Apart from the giblets, sauté mushrooms 5-6 minutes, then add the cabbage and cook for another 3-4 minutes. Add the roasted giblets, pour soy sauce, sprinkle with sesame seeds and herbs. Leave on the fire 2 minutes.
It is best to cook one at a time in order to heat, as by heating of the liver is hard.
