Meat filled with mushrooms
Oyster mushrooms and fresh herbs in cream, baked in a pouch of beef. Served co fresh tomatoes (or BBQ) and herbs to Your taste...

Ingredients

  • Beef

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Dry red wine

    2 Tbsp

  • Mushrooms

    100 g

  • Greens

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Cream

  • Sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Sunflower oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetables

I didn't have steak, but was a solid piece, so they were "cut to ribbons". :-D

Laaaady of them were mercilessly repulsed to the thickness in 3 mm. *WALL*

The sauce for the meat (marinade, so to speak...): pull off mustard, wine, salt-pepper meksem and smashem steak with 2 sides.. leave in a secluded place, start filling (duhovochku included to warm up to 200gr).

Cut mushrooms (finely not necessary).

Prepare the cream, chop the parsley and grate on a fine grater cheese. *SCRATCH*

Mushrooms stew with the addition of one teaspoon of butter for 2-3 minutes, add cream, stir, cheese until melted (if it came out watery, add a little flour).

Give our mushroom mixture to cool slightly and add the greens with 50 grams of pre-chopped finely, the rest of the meat. [:-}

The mixture is spread on our slices chops.

Wrap any of your convenient way to "bags" (I used toothpicks mounts and bags from kits "for roasting in the hole").

Now on a baking sheet and in a bag for baking. *OK* Duhovochku diminish to 180 grams, remove and bake 40 minutes.

Decorate with vegetables, herbs, *YAHOO* *YAHOO* *YAHOO* one word - YUM!!!
