Roast beef
I had to learn how to cook this delicious dish when I decided to cook pressata (see my recipe for "Pressata"). Cooked this way the meat is pink and very juicy. I recommend to all gourmets!

Ingredients

  • Beef

    1 kg

  • Salt

    1 handful

  • Black pepper

    1 handful

  • Rosemary

    1 sprig

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    2 Tbsp

  • Sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Spices

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Take beef (flesh) and tying with cooking string. Brush with olive oil.

Grind rosemary.

Coat the meat with mustard.

Sbryzgivaem Worcestershire sauce and crumble in the spices.

In the salt...

Spread in the form and send in a preheated 220 C oven for 20 minutes. Then reduce the temperature to 180 and bake for 35 minutes.

Cut into thin slices and taste! You can make sandwiches with this meat (for example pressata). Cold not less tasty! Bon appetit!
