Brussels sprouts in mustard sauce
Delicious diet dish. Peeped Catherine Mirimanova, author of "the System minus 60". Cooked in multivarka VITEK VT - 4211 W.

Ingredients

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Dutch cheese

    70 g

  • Mustard

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Milk

    70 ml

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Brussels sprouts

    500 g

In the bowl multivarki pour water 1.5 liters. Lay out the cabbage.

Putting the "Soup" and time 30 minutes. Cook until you hear a beep.

Then the cabbage drain in a colander and allow to cool.

Onion finely chop and saute in vegetable oil. Mode "Browning" 10 minutes.

After 5 minutes add in the browned onions, the pepper, nutmeg, salt and milk. Cook for another 5 minutes.

Add the prepared mustard and stir thoroughly until the sauce is smooth.
