Dessert biscuits
Very tender cheese biscuits with roast that melts in your mouth, fragrant stuffing of pear, walnuts, raisins and chocolate.

Ingredients

  • Pear

    3 piece

  • Raisins

    100 g

  • Walnuts

    100 g

  • Chocolate milk

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Curd

    200 g

  • Margarine

    180 g

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Vodka

    80 ml

Pear peel. Pears is better to take soft tender flesh.

Cut into small pieces. Mix with washed raisins. Add the pear vodka, stir. Pear vodka I found and added wheat and a few drops of pear flavor. But you can add any flavored liqueur. Leave for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add vanilla, cottage cheese (I had mass with dried apricots), softened margarine, mix well.

Now drain the vodka with a mixture of pears and raisins, add chopped walnuts, mix well.
