Cabbage meatballs
Looked in search there are similar recipes, but this seems not. A simple dish for lovers of cabbage. No frills, but tasty.

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Flour

    4 Tbsp

Cooking

Cabbage shinkuem not long, thin strips ( approximately 2 cm long ).

Medium-sized onion finely chop two medium carrots grate on medium grater.

Add the vegetables to the cabbage, sprinkle with salt and pepper, add the greens ( I didn't have this time ). Add eggs and flour. Mix thoroughly. Leave for about half an hour.

Spread a tablespoon on the frying pan heated with oil ( oil must be not a lot). Slightly replusive patties and fry on medium heat on both sides until Golden brown.

That's the whole story. Serve with sour cream or brine, or any other favorite sauce. As a side dish, and can as a separate dish. Bon appetit!
