I won't claim that my version is the most correct, but if you order "Meat in French" restaurants in Riga, you'll make it so.

Ingredients

  • Pork

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Cheese

Meat to beat.

Cook the liaison of eggs, flour, pepper and salt.

Meat, dipped in battered, fry both sides of chops as usual. Pour into pan, on top of the rings to lay onion, tomato and sprinkle with cheese. Send in the oven until tender.

Serve with any side dish.
