Cookies in tomato juice
Finally, I got up to tomato juice, it is very like, this time I recommend simple, from the category of vegetable, cookie recipe. In my version, it turned out great. Biscuits are soft, moderately sweet, easy and delicious.

Ingredients

  • Tomato juice

    200 ml

  • Sunflower oil

    120 ml

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Flour

    400 g

  • Ginger

    1 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

Cooking

Flour (take 300g) mix with sugar and baking powder.

Make a well and pour the juice with the oil. Add ginger. Mix thoroughly.

Knead the dough the Dough should be elastic, soft, may need more flour.

Roll out not thin, on a floured surface. Cut with cookie cutter circles, and bake for 12-15 minutes at a temperature of 180 gr.

Cool on a wire rack! NOTE-do not overdo it with flour, and do not desiccate in the oven. Recommend top to pour sour cream mixed with powdered sugar, sour cream 38%fat, but without sour cream.
