Spaghetti with tuna (Esparguette com atum)
Another dish of the Portuguese cuisine. Very satisfying, delicious and as always - easy to prepare

Ingredients

  • Spaghetti

    300 g

  • Tuna

    3 piece

  • Margarine

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Bacon

    200 g

  • Cheese

    2 Tbsp

  • Spices

Boil spaghetti with a little more water, it must be salted.

In a small frying pan fry the bacon with 1 tbsp margarine, stirring occasionally.

In a separate skillet melt the remaining margarine, sprinkle with flour and little by little add milk, stirring constantly, what would the flour not come from lumps.

Add salt,pepper and nutmeg. Leave to cook in the pan on low heat, stirring constantly until a homogeneous mass (sauce)

Add the cream, tuna (after draining oil), bacon and cheese, mix well. Once it boils, remove from heat.

By this time, the pasta should have been cooked (well, unless of course You have not forgotten them, or they already burned down). We mix our sauce with spaghetti and immediately start eating.
