Cooking
I cooked from more languages than indicated. My languages well, pour water, put salt, mixture of peppers, peas and Bay leaf and bring to a boil, remove the scum with a spoon and cook on a low heat with the lid on for 1.5 hours until tender. Beef tongue, depending on the size cook for 2-2.5 hours.
Put the prepared language in cold water, peel and cut into circles with a thickness of about 7 mm.

Take the pepper, onion, garlic and tomato, coarsely cut into segments.
Fry the vegetables in the grill pan, oiled.

Prepare the dressing. Mix sweet soy sauce (I TM Kikkoman), olive oil, lemon juice and chili flakes.
Pour dressing hot grilled vegetables and allow to stand for 10 minutes, stir occasionally better.
