Apple-carrot casserole
Anyone who adheres to proper nutrition, I suggest to try this wonderful casserole. It is delicious and useful, moderately sweet and moist.

Ingredients

  • Apple

    440 g

  • Semolina

    60 g

  • Sugar

    70 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    60 g

  • Vanilla

    5 g

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Lemon

    20 g

  • Water

    90 g

  • Sesame

    10 g

  • Carrots

    230 g

Cooked carrots and apples peel and grate (I used a grater for Korean carrot), add half the norm of dry semolina (30g). Apples sprinkle with lemon juice.
