Cooking
Finely chop the onion and fry until Golden brown.
To fried onion add chicken and pork mince, for 3 minutes until cooked minced salt and pepper to taste.
Ready meat grind in a blender.
Grate cheese on a fine grater. Add the minced cheese and mayonnaise with lemon juice TM "Maheev". Mix well.
Carrots grate on a coarse grater. Garlic squeeze through the press. Add mayonnaise and mix well.
Take a layer of pita bread.
Lavash spread with half of the prepared stuffing.
Beef to coat carrots with garlic and mayonnaise.
Put another layer of lavash, lubricate the remaining meat and carrot with mayonnaise. Roll roll and leave for 30 minutes for impregnation.
