Luscious liver cake with a refreshing spring taste. This recipe will appeal to all lovers of the liver.

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    500 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Bow white

    1 piece

  • Flour

    4 Tbsp

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Milk

    150 ml

  • Mayonnaise

    200 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

  • Quail egg

    2 piece

  • Black olives

  • Greens

Cooking

Liver and onions skip through Mincer. Add the egg, flour, milk and mix well. Salt and pepper to taste.
