Tomato risotto with squid
A delicious variation of pilaf.

Ingredients

  • Wild rice

    1 cup

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Bow white

    2 piece

  • Squid

    2 piece

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Tomato juice

    1 cup

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Greens

  • Peanut oil

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Squid clean and 10 seconds to lower in a strongly boiling water. Remove from water, cool, cut into rings. Onion cut into feathers, carrot cubes.

Pour all the tomato juice, water. Add sour cream, Bay leaf, salt, pepper, celery greens. Close the lid multivarku, enable PILAF and cook for 40 minutes. Do not forget to stir after 20 minutes.
