Panellets
The name of the dish write in Catalan how to translate it don't know. This is a typical Catalan sweet, which makes for castanyada, usually the whole family gathers together, eat roasted chestnuts and for dessert served panellets.

    1.2 kg

  • Sugar

    700 g

  • Potatoes

    250 g

  • Chicken egg

  • Pine nuts

boil potatoes in their skins, cool, peel and rastall in a bowl, add the almond flour

add sugar and 2 eggs, mix well

knead the dough

wrap the dough well in cling film and put in 3 hours in the fridge

then stick the dough balls with a size of 4 cm, dipped in beaten egg and roll some of them in pine nuts and almonds, coat the top with egg yolk and place in preheated oven (180 degrees)for 10-15 minutes
