At the time I was looking for a recipe liver Stroganoff with no tomato sauce. Somewhere in the Internet found. I decided to post this recipe here. This recipe on the website I found. It may be useful to someone. The liver turns out tender and tasty. For lovers of the liver.

Cooking
Liver clear from the films, cut into cubes with a length of 3-4 cm.
Onions finely chop, fry in vegetable oil until soft.
Add to the onions the liver cubes, season with salt and pepper, sear on all sides on a small fire under the hood.
Add sour cream, stir and stew for 5-10 minutes on low heat under a lid, stirring occasionally.
In my opinion, tastes best to serve this liver with mashed potatoes and cucumber (pickles on a separate plate, the photo will not be placed).
