Cooking
As usual, the potatoes wash and peel.
We take out the middle, and the remainder cook until tender and prepare from them mashed potatoes.
Grease the pan with vegetable oil, and the potatoes olive.
As always I mixed the spices with salt.
And oiled them every thing. Put everything on a baking sheet.
Now you need to prepare the filling: fry chopped mushrooms with green onions. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
When mushrooms and onions are ready, mix them with mashed potatoes and mustard.
The three cheese on a small grater and sprinkle the tops of the potatoes. Now bake. I have a dish already prepared at a temperature of 150 degrees, about 20-25 minutes. Bon appetit!
