This cake I was very very pleasantly surprised! Such amazing taste, I was not expecting! Tender, yet crisp! Corn meal brings a wonderful touch! I want to share with all of you!

Cooking
Combine both types of flour, baking powder and chilled butter. Chop with a knife to form a crumb.
In a small bowl, RUB the eggs with 4 tablespoons sugar, lemon zest and lemon juice.
Combine the crumbs with the egg mixture and quickly knead the dough. Wrap it in cling film and leave in the fridge for half an hour.
For the filling, peel the apples, cut them. Combine cranberries, 2 tbsp sugar and starch. Stir.
In a greased form, distribute 2/3 of the dough.
Cover with the remaining batter. To make this easier, the dough, I unrolled the sheet of confectionery paper and then just turned the page and carefully unstick the dough from the paper. Bake about 30 minutes in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees. Let cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar and cinnamon.
