Wine cake with jam
Very quickly prepared, always good. Perfect for inexperienced chefs. Delicate, light, with a delicate aroma of plum wine (in my case). Cupcake turns moderately sweet.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Jam

    0.5 cup

  • Dessert wine

    0.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Sunflower seeds

    2 Tbsp

  • White chocolate

  • Dark chocolate

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

Remove from the mold. Cooling can be sprinkled with powdered sugar, but you can put the strip with melted chocolate: dark and white.
