Cherry pie twist
This cake always makes my mom at family gatherings. The dough was soft and the filling is sweet and sour.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    4 cup

  • Margarine

    200 g

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Yeast

    3 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Cherry

    1 kg

All the necessary ingredients.

Melt a pack of margarine, add to it half a Cup of sugar.

Pour in margarine and milk, mix well.

Sift the flour in a large pot, add yeast and salt. Make a flour mound in the center to make a recess. Pour in eggs, mix gently.

Pour into pastry margarine with milk, knead elastic dough. Cover with a towel and put in a warm place for about 2 hours.

The cherries with the sugar to boil (I cooked it in the microwave for 10 minutes), strain through a sieve, syrup is not useful to us.
