Pie with salmon
A salmon, trout or even salmon. Simple, fast and delicious.

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Sour cream

    200 ml

  • Dill

    2 Tbsp

  • Green onions

    2 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Yeast

    15 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Sugar

    2 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Melt butter, pour into it the milk and add the yeast. Put in a warm place for 15-20 minutes.

Add sugar, salt and gradually pour the sifted flour.

Knead the dough, cover and leave to rise for 30-40 minutes.

Eggs and fish cut into cubes, dill and green onions - chop.

Roll the dough into a thin layer and place on a greased baking sheet.

Spread on the dough balls slightly receded from the edges.

On top of the eggs evenly to spread out the fish.

Sprinkle with herbs and generously sprinkle with the pepper.

Bake 35 minutes at 190*C.
