We have in the Primorsky Krai no one meal is not complete without dishes of fern. I know a lot of recipes I want to share one of them with you. This dish is suitable for those who are fasting, and for the contest "Fast from Moulinex"

Cooking
It looks like salty fern. Soak it in cold water for 10-12 hours (preferably overnight). Then drop the soaked fern in boiling water for 2 minutes, not more, otherwise it will be "the trough". Recline in a colander.
This is a set of necessary products already cooked fern.
Boil the rice in salted water.

The pan heats vegetable oil, overcook minced onion 1 minute.
The fern press out the garlic, pour soy sauce, pour the red hot pepper and monosodium glutamate (everyone says harmful, but I use it constantly in savory dishes). All mix thoroughly, protrusive a couple of minutes, cover, turn off heat and allow to soak for 10 minutes.
Serve the rice. I use a jar of canned food without a bottom.
Around rice spread fern, decorate with petrushechka.
