Hearty, but not heavy salad, with a hint of freshness and intensity, with a very spicy dressing - it's very like men (and ladies won't refuse), and he is perfect on the holiday table 23 of February! This rose and this salad is for you, our defenders!

Cooking
To prepare the sausage - preferably with different flavors that complement each other.
Peel off the boiled eggs and cut into dice.
Salami cut into thin strips and fry until crisp in a dry frying pan.
Ham and sausage cut into small cubes, along with the eggs put in a salad bowl, add the Apple, cleaned from seeds boxes and peel, cut into dice and fried part of the salami - part of the leave for the decoration of salad.
Add the mayonnaise and pesto mix.
To mix the salad - I'm not salted, because the salami was rather salty and spicy. Spread on a dish slide.
Cucumber cut into slices.
Stick the cucumber, starting from the top, in a circle, mimicking a flower. Sprinkle with remaining salami.
