Salad with feta Greek
Light refreshing salad for opponents of overeating at the Christmas table.

Ingredients

  • Lettuce

    200 g

  • Feta

    200 g

  • Parsley

    5 sprig

  • Cilantro

    5 sprig

  • Tomato

    250 g

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Capers

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

To prepare the products.

Onion peel and cut into thin half-rings. Pepper to clear of seeds and partitions, cut into 3-4 pieces and then crosswise into strips. Tomatoes cut into slices (I have cherry tomatoes, cut them in half).

The parsley and cilantro very finely chopped. Feta mashed with a fork and mix with the parsley and cilantro - should get a plastic mass.
