Cooking
To prepare the products.
Onion peel and cut into thin half-rings. Pepper to clear of seeds and partitions, cut into 3-4 pieces and then crosswise into strips. Tomatoes cut into slices (I have cherry tomatoes, cut them in half).
The parsley and cilantro very finely chopped. Feta mashed with a fork and mix with the parsley and cilantro - should get a plastic mass.
Lettuce leaves carefully to pick hands on the pieces, put in large bowl. "Iceberg".
Onions and capers (if you can find them, I couldn't).
Oil and soy sauce pour in a small jar, cover and shake well.
Salad season with salt and pepper, pour over dressing and gently and easy to stir. Put the salad in a salad bowl or on a plate.
