A great salad in two versions. The first option is simple and delicious, quick pickled cucumbers with tomatoes, and the second, for gourmets - it is interesting to combine quite spicy cucumbers with tomatoes and a spicy, slightly sweet chicken. That's why I gave the name of the salad, based on the second version.

Mix well soy sauce, vinegar, vegetable or olive oil to taste, finely chopped parsley and garlic, 1/2 tea spoon freshly ground black and white peppers, ground cloves on the tip of a knife. Pour vegetables with marinade, mix well. Close the lid, leave for about 1 hour, from time to time shaking.

But we are looking for new sensations, so the salad garnish with slices of spicy chicken. Interesting combination.
