Appetizer
Recipe of the snacks I saw on one of the sites of the Internet, changing it slightly and adding a "Korean" touch, I made this sweets for DR husband. The guests were delighted! If you're interested, then welcome!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    6 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    80 ml

  • Soy sauce

    6 Tbsp

  • Seasoning

    2 tsp

  • Vinegar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Mustard

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Onion cut into strips, garlic RUB on a small grater, hot pepper chopped, mix well. In a pan heat the oil and lightly damp our mass.

As the onions begin to become transparent, add the seasoning to the carrot "In Korean" and pour in 1 tbsp soy sauce, mix and saute for 3-4 minutes.

Then the hot mass with a slotted spoon and spread on paper napkin to soak excess oil.

Eggs boil, peel and lightly fry in the same oil.

Also lay out to cool on paper towel.

The cooled eggs cut into 4 pieces and place them on a dish.(I put on two flat plates)

With the eggs on top to cover onion ground so that the tips of the eggs slightly peeking.

Sprinkle with chopped parsley.

Top and cover with the sauce: mix 5 tbsp of soy sauce, cider or wine vinegar, a pinch of salt and a pinch of sugar and 1/2 tsp prepared mustard.
