Soufflé with smoked salmon and cream
Very delicate appetizer, it just melts in your mouth, and the white look gives it a peculiar solemnity... For the contest "Gorenje: Christmas song".

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    250 g

  • Cream

    0.4 l

  • Gelatin

    20 g

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Caviar

  • Parsley

  • Salt

Cooking

Cream little salt, and beat until of hardness.

Salmon minced, dill finely chop.

Pre soak the gelatin in water, give to swell, heat until the gelatin is dissolved. In whipped cream pour the gelatin, salmon, greens and a bit of red caviar, mix well.

Forms (I didn't have and I used shot glasses) to grease a little vegetable oil, put on the bottom a few eggs and a small sprig of dill.

Fill the ramekins souffle. I the top was decorated with a leaf of parsley and egg. And put into the refrigerator until firm.

Before serving, carefully run knife along edge of molds to separate the souffle and turn on the dish.
