Sweet peppers with garlic

Ingredients

  • Red sweet pepper

    1 kg

  • Garlic

    6 tooth

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    2 tsp

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Pepper wash, remove seeds and cut into 4-6 pieces.

Add the garlic, passed through the press and chopped parsley. Add salt and sugar, pour refined vegetable oil. Sprinkle ground black pepper, stir and leave for 1 hour.

Pour 2 cups of water, put on fire and bring to boil. Cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Then pour 9% vinegar, mix well, remove from heat. Decomposed into sterilized jars ( 2 half-liter jars) and roll up. Wrap until cool.
