Cookies
Very gentle, but at the same time crispy liver with a high content of lemon and something else. That "something" added a funky unique touch to this liver.

Ingredients

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Butter

    125 g

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Lemon

    2 piece

  • Cumin

    1 tsp

Cooking

Beat the yolks with sugar, with a pinch of salt, using a mixer.

Add the soft butter.

The zest off of two lemons.

Cumin.

Baking powder.

Add the sifted flour.

A good mix first with a mixer, then knead by hand.

Roll the dough into sausages. I make two, so convenient.

Wrap sausage in plastic wrap and put in the freezer for 45 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Sausages cut into circles with a thickness of about 7mm.

Grease the baking paper with butter and lay it on a baking sheet. On a baking sheet to put the cookies.

Bake for about 30 minutes. Cookies should not turn brown.
