Description

Carrot cake in a pan
Friend-sweet tooth (always sitting on a diet, now powerisa once again in the miracle of the Dukan diet) shared his recipe. It is very much praised this cake. But I still reduced the number of products in 2 times (here I reduced the amount) and decided to try it. It was very tasty, I must say. Her recipe used a sugar substitute, but we are not on a diet so I used sugar. Now I will cook this cake in the season of young carrots.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Oat flakes

    20 g

  • Corn starch

    20 g

  • Milk

    50 ml

  • Carrots

    100 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Lemon peel

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

step-0
Mix the milk, egg and 50 g sugar ( if you still need sweetener, then it was "Fit parade" 1 tsp.)
step-1
Pour oat bran cereal TM Mistral, stir and leave for 5-10 minutes to swell.
step-2
Then add starch and baking powder.
step-3
Carrots grate on a fine grater, add to the mixture
step-4
Pan (mine was 26 cm in diameter) grease with a thin layer of vegetable oil.
step-5
Pour the batter into the pan, spread evenly over the entire surface.
step-6
Cover and bake on low heat until the top of the "pancake" doesn't look raw.
step-7
Here is the bottom - "damn" well is removed from the pan.
step-8
In soft cheese, add sugar (50 g) and grated lemon zest
step-9
Cream put on the cake.
step-10
Since I reduced the number of ingredients, I cut the cake with the cream into 4 parts and put them in the cake.
