Turnips, onions, carrots cleaned. Turnips cut into fine strips
In multivarka set mode "Frying" 15 minutes. Pour in a Cup of vegetable oil, fry the turnips until Golden brown (about 5 minutes)

Add spices, salt to taste
Pour all the boiling water, stir, taste, the spices if necessary-add more.
