Description

Pilaf of brown rice
Testing the modes of stewing, roasting, Express mode, I decided it was time to try out an unfamiliar mode, which is available in a slow cooker - "Brown rice". Brown rice, it's brown. Any figure, regardless of its color, contains the same amount of carbohydrates, fats, proteins and calories. The difference between white and brown rice is in the content of iron, vitamins and cellulose. The thing is that together with my shell grits from rice loses vitamins and iron. Therefore, brown (brown) rice to prepare is much more complicated than usual, because of his shell. Brown rice is recommended for the diet. I decided that I would cook pilaf of brown rice. It was very tasty!!! And prepare the pilaf in multivarka VITEK VT - 4200.
